The National Program Director oversees all programmatic works of the national office, coordinates the work of the State HIPPY Offices, and supervises the HIPPY USA Trainers. Also oversees all training and technical assistance efforts; provides coordination for the National HIPPY Conference; leads all collaborative efforts with outside entities; and represents HIPPY USA in national and international forums. In addition, also handles the approval of all new programs and facilitates the local and state contractual relationships.

This Assistant provides support to the National Program Director in programmatic work that includes the monitoring of site visit schedules and reports, maintaining contact with the National HIPPY Trainers, providing support to new program applicants, and preparation for all training events. Responsibilities also include providing technical support to local HIPPY programs who utilize the HIPPY MIS, as well as aggregating national data and creating reports.

The Accountant and Contracts Manager oversees all aspects of HIPPY USA accounting functions; including accounts payable/receivable, maintaining general ledger, monthly board financial reports and financial reporting, as well as preparing all contracts with local HIPPY programs.
