Registration Information

The 2020 HIPPY USA National Conference is about sharing and collaborating on big ideas and encouraging bold moves in our approach in home visiting, family engagement, and early childhood education.  It is also about the range of other resources we provide that support our parents in their efforts to prepare their youngsters to reach their highest potential in the classroom and lifelong.

With more announcements about our keynote and workshop leaders to come, we welcome Dr. Steve Perry, leading educational speaker, founder, and head of Capital Preparatory Schools.  As an educator, social worker and public speaker,  Dr. Perry frequently engages with grassroots community members and international thought leaders to inspire their work and help them understand what matters most to parents.

Pilar Torres, president of education consulting company Fathum: Learning Solutions.  Ms. Torres will share her passion for closing the achievement gap for low-income, underserved children by using innovative strategies and leveraging technology.

New and exciting this year is the Meetup Mixers! With our forthcoming mobile app, you can choose your topics and meet up with others and take part in meaningful conversations, thought leadership, and collaborations that can help you move your organization forward or for personal and professional development.

Take a breather in the newly minted Recharge Lounge where you can plug your phone or tablet at a charging station. Rest in comfort with cozy seating.  Get a  massage. Or wake up early for yoga, mats included! Pick up some great info on self-care. And of course, network.

Need more incentive to register? You are automatically entered into a drawing for a Carnival cruise for two compliments of Visit Mobile, one of our Conference partners.  Carnival Fantasy offers year-round voyages from Mobile to ports in the Western Caribbean including, Cozumel, Progresso, and Costa Maya.  The winner will be announced during the opening reception.

We look forward to sharing more details with you about speakers, sessions, fun attendee experiences, special events and the culturally engaging and entertaining city of Mobile.

Our goal is that you leave the 2020 National Conference feeling more inspired, informed, and connected with other attendees and ready to put big ideas and bold moves into action for our families.
